Harpole Stitchers

Harpole Stitchers began around 20 years ago as a house group of 4 people and developed over the years and we now have 25 people in our group. We are mainly working in patchwork and quilting, but some people come and knit, crochet and cross stitch. We have members that can teach all of these. Most come for the company, a nice couple of hours spent with like minded people. We have made 4 quilts for Help for Heros and 25 pennants for the Olympics.

We meet each week at Manning Watts House on Thursdays, afternoons one week (2-4) and evenings the next week (7-9)

The group is open to anyone who would like to attend, either to work or just observe. If you are interested in joining us, please contact Ann King, 7 School Lane, telephone 830600. We have no membership fee, it costs just £2 each time you attend.
