Pilates for All

Come along and have a pilates workout whilst having fun!! 

Pilates develops your core strength (deep abdominal muscles) which helps to alleviate back problems, it improves posture and muscle tone and is a great way to release the 'stresses of your day'.

Class run Monday from 2 - 3pm and Tuesday evening 7.15 - 8.15pm, both at the Old School Hall, School Lane, Harpole NN7 4DR. google maps view

Bring some water to drink throughout, wear loose clothing, no footwear is needed.  Mats are provided as a lot of the workout is lying down.

Ladies and men are both welcome.  As are all levels, beginners or experienced.

Cost is £6.00 per session and just 'pay as you go', there's no need to pay up front for a 'block' of sessions.
